为做好生产安全事故责任追究和整改措施落实情况评估工作，根据事故调查“四不放过”原则和事故调查报告批复相关要求，2023年8月15日，区应急管理局事故调查处理科负责人率队对龙华街道“2·26”坍塌死亡事故开展整改措施落实情况“回头看”工作，事故相关单位负责人参会。 首先，会上总包单位、监理单位和分包单位就事故防范、整改措施落实情况和处罚情况进行了汇报。 其次，学习“龙华区建筑工地综合应急示范站宣传视频”，区水务局、深圳市龙华排水有限公司对建设建筑工地示范站事项进行了讨论。 最后，深入施工现场检查，对现场沟槽支护、施工围挡、警示标语等安全措施落实情况进行核实，经检查发现均已按要求落实。
