This document announces temporary traffic adjustments, including converting a section of Xin'an Second Road to one-way westbound traffic, due to construction of a new underpass from August 23, 2023, to February 22, 2024.

因新安二路下穿道路新建工程施工需要，为确保相关路段交通的安全、畅顺，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条之规定，我局决定继续对相关路段交通组织进行临时调整，现通告如下： 一、2023年8月23日至2024年2月22日，新安二路（前进一路-新圳东路）由东西双向通行调整为西往东单向通行。 二、请车辆驾驶人及行人在上述时间内经过上述路段时，按交通标志标线指示通行，服从交通民警指挥，凡违反本通告规定的，我局将依照道路交通管理法规的有关规定予以处罚。 特此通告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2023年8月18日
