一、出台政策的意义 为深入推进龙岗区招商引资、招才引智工作，促进优质企业脱颖而出，助力企业引才留才，特制定《区投资推广和企业服务中心“深龙英才计划”重点企业遴选操作规程》。 二、主要政策内容 对符合龙岗区产业导向，属于“11+2”或“3+4”产业类别，与深圳市、龙岗区政府及龙岗区产业主管部门签订合作协议的新引进重大招商引资企业，认定为“深龙英才计划”新引进重点企业。入选新引进重点企业可自主推荐本公司人才，将按相关规定给予符合条件人才奖励补贴和有关生活保障待遇。 新引进重点企业实施总量控制，每年结合实际动态调整。 三、政策执行时间 有效期三年。
