This notice announces temporary traffic adjustments, including converting a section of Guiwan Avenue to one-way southbound, to ensure safety during construction of a central cooling station project from September 17 to December 30, 2023.

因前海合作区二单元区域集中供冷项目（二期）冷站机电工程施工，为确保相关路段交通的有序、安全、畅通，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条之规定，我局决定对相关路段交通组织进行临时调整。现通告如下： 一、南山区桂湾大街（金谷南二街至桂湾五路）双向通行调整为：北往南单行。 二、本通告自2023年9月17日至2023年12月30日施行。 三、请车辆驾驶人及行人在上述时间内经过上述路段时，按交通标志标线指示通行，服从交通民警指挥。凡违反本通告规定的，我局将依照道路交通管理法规有关规定予以处罚。 特此通告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2023年9月15日
