10月12日下午，市东部水源管理中心在东清泵站举行有限空间规范作业及事故应急救援演练，合计约50人参加。 演练首先进行有限空间规范作业，随后模拟东清泵站BPQ3排气阀除锈刷漆作业过程中1名作业人员发生昏迷，疑似缺氧窒息或吸入有毒气体，并安排专业人员进行抢险救援场景，现场技术组、抢险救援组、医疗救护组、后勤保障警戒组、监护组及作业组有序完成此次有限空间规范作业及应急救援演练。 演练结束后，中心负责人指出，相关单位要坚持“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的方针，继续提升运行维护及应急管理水平。（市东部水源管理中心 林春燕）
