This notice publicly lists employers whose employees' wage arrears were advanced by the Shenzhen Wage Arrears Security Fund in Q3 2023, as their bankruptcy was filed or their legal representatives fled. It states that the responsible individuals have been added to the credit system and cases referred to judicial authorities, and calls for them to report to the human resources department for settlement.

根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第十四条、第二十二条等规定，欠薪单位被依法受理破产申请或法定代表人（主要负责人）隐匿逃逸的，由人力资源部门启动欠薪保障基金先行垫付员工工资。现将2023年第3季度被垫付欠薪的用人单位情况予以通告。 政府相关机构已将隐匿或逃逸的法定代表人（主要负责人）的姓名录入我市企业或个人信用征信系统，并按规定将欠薪逃匿案件移送司法部门。欠薪隐匿或逃逸的用人单位法定代表人（主要负责人）应当主动到所在区（新区）人力资源部门接受处理，人力资源部门将向被垫付欠薪的用人单位追偿欠薪。 欢迎广大市民举报有关情况，举报电话：12333。 附件：2023年第3季度被垫付欠薪用人单位情况深圳市人力资源和社会保障局 2023年11月6日
