This document announces the suspension of motor vehicle driving licenses for drivers who have accumulated 12 penalty points within a scoring cycle and have refused to participate in required education or testing within 30 days of notification, as stipulated by relevant regulations.

依据公安部《道路交通安全违法行为记分管理办法》第二十九条规定，机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内累积记分满12分，机动车驾驶证未被依法扣留或者收到满分教育通知书后三十日内拒不参加公安机关交通管理部门通知的满分学习、考试的，由公安机关交通管理部门公告其机动车驾驶证停止使用。现依法公告下列机动车驾驶证停止使用。附件：2023年10月驾驶证记分满分停止使用信息表深圳市公安局交通警察局2023年11月7日
