关于区审计局出具的《龙华区2022年绩效审计工作报告》报告中提及的相关问题，区建筑工务署对深圳市龙华区中心医院扩建工程及龙华区人民医院新外科大楼工程建设情况进行了认真梳理，并逐项整改： 一、项目前期工作推进缓慢 已完成整改。中心医院西区已于2023年3月21日完成消防验收，并交付使用。人民医院已于2023年10月27日完成精装修、医疗竣工初验，预计年底前完工。 二、代建管理费计算不准确 已完成整改。区建筑工务署与代建单位签订的合同中约定代建范围为实施阶段代建，但代建合同签订时已完成部分实施准备和实施阶段工作，现按比例对应扣除中心医院、人民医院多计代建费53.69763万元、50.05791万元，区建筑工务署已发函代建单位要求追回相关款项。 三、施工图预算报审工作滞后 已完成整改。中心医院已于2022年11月2日完成施工图预算，人民医院已于2021年5月19日完成施工图预算。结算时按合同约定对相关单位进行处罚。 四、代建单位违规将个别工程直接发包 已完成整改。区住房和建设局已出具《行政处罚决定书》，代建单位已按《行政处罚决定书》缴纳款项。 特此公开。深圳市龙华区建筑工务署2023年11月13日
