针对《深圳市2022年度本级预算执行和其他财政收支审计工作报告》，我局高度重视，严格按照审计要求积极开展整改工作，现将相关情况公示如下： 一、关于未及时收缴国有土地出让收入的整改情况 审计指出国有土地出让收入未及时收缴，涉及我区3宗城市更新项目用地，目前A905-0570宗地、A905-0571宗地已收缴地价款及对应的滞纳金、利息，已完成整改工作。我局将继续督促A807-0639宗地实施主体尽快缴交相关地价款等。 二、关于对储备土地的监管不到位，部分储备土地长期被违规占用的整改情况 审计指出我区3宗储备土地（具体为LA-GL-078地块、LA-GL-242地块、LA-MZ-044地块）被违规占用，目前辖区街道办已完成上述3宗储备土地清理处置工作，该审计问题已整改完毕。深圳市龙华区城市更新和土地整备局2023年11月20日
