2023年11月21日，新区发展和财政局组织专家开展《葵兴西路排水管网完善工程项目建议书》评审工作，邀请给排水及造价等方面的三位专家组成专家组对项目进行评审。 项目建议书提出，自环城西路建成后，雨季时西侧山体部分雨水汇入葵兴西路，导致道路积水；且该道路存在雨污混接情况。本项目主要是对葵兴西路雨污水管网系统进行改造完善。新区发展和财政局及专家组向项目建设单位及编制单位充分了解基本情况后，认为项目提出的建设内容基本合理，但应在后续工作中补充完善部分建设内容。 葵兴西路排水管网完善工程项目的实施，有利于完善城市市政管网配套系统，实现雨污分流，解决山水漫流路面问题，保障人居环境安全，提升社区居民幸福指数。
