11月23日上午，市深圳河湾流域管理中心围绕2023年度消防宣传月活动主题“预防为主，生命至上”，开展《深圳经济特区消防条例》培训及消防应急演练，本次活动采用“线上+线下”相结合的方式进行。中心负责人、各部门负责人、安全人员、主要业务骨干及第三方人员共计约60人参加此次活动。 此次培训首先学习了《深圳经济特区消防条例》有关内容，并进行了火灾事故案例分析及消防应急救援知识培训，随后进行了消防应急演练，主要包括人员疏散、初期火灾扑灭、灭火器使用等环节。此次活动，进一步提升了中心职工及第三方人员的消防安全意识、消防应急避险及处置能力。（市深圳河湾流域管理中心）
