关于《深圳市2021年度国有土地使用权出让收支情况审计报告》中“部分房建类工程项目未经规划验收或验收不通过即投入使用”的问题，龙华区涉及2010年以来未规划验收即投入使用的房建类项目24个。截至目前，24个项目中，已完成规划验收的项目8个；无需整改的项目3个；由执法部门查处的项目2个；继续推进规划验收整改的项目11个。后续我局将持续督促各整改单位完成整改相关工作。深圳市规划和自然资源局龙华管理局2023年11月27日
