近日，市水务局联合市交通运输局与市交通公用设施建设中心等六家交通建设项目建设单位签订了水土保持责任书。 据悉，水土保持责任书依据国家、省、市相关法律法规，列明了建设单位水土保持法律责任、违法罚则，主管部门监管职责等内容。 责任书的签订，有利于进一步做好全市交通建设项目水土保持工作，加强市水务局与市交通运输局之间的部门协同和联合监管；通过责任书告知水土保持法律责任及违法风险，有利于进一步压实建设单位主体责任，不断提高全市交通建设项目水土流失防治水平。（局水土保持处）
