近日，市深圳河湾流域管理中心举办第20期明溪课堂讲座，主题为“水务部门防汛工作法律法规”。本次讲座邀请了市水务局行政审批处（政策法规处）负责人作为主讲嘉宾，中心干部及业务骨干30余人参加。 讲座中，主讲嘉宾结合《中华人民共和国防洪法》等相关法律法规与规范性文件，全面梳理水务部门十大防汛工作职责，将法律法规与典型案例逐一对比分析，加深干部职工对水务工作法律法规认识，进一步明确了干部职工对汛前、汛中、汛后有关工作责任的理解。最后，主讲嘉宾就防汛工作中涉水事务与大家进行了交流探讨，调动了干部职工的学习热情，为防汛有关工作的开展提供了指引。（市深圳河湾流域管理中心）
