尊敬的黄伊霖等代表： 你们提出的《关于在小区优化配建电动自行车停车充电位的建议》（第2-20230161号）收悉。该件由各街道办事处与我局共同分办，经认真研究，现答复如下： 2023年6月，市规划和自然资源局已对《深圳市城市规划标准与准则》（以下简称《深标》）“第六章交通设施”进行修订并已生效，其中第6.4.3.4条明确提出“建筑物配建自行车停车场应结合实际需求、用地条件以及相关技术规范要求，设置电动自行车集中充电区域，原则上电动自行车充电位的配置比例不应低于建筑物配建自行车位的20%”，后续我局将结合该条款规定在新建项目规划方案审批时按要求落实。 此函。
