经核查，截至2023年11月30日，我市共有87家道路普通货物运输企业的《道路运输经营许可证》有效期届满未延续（见附件，含深汕特别合作区企业22家）。 根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》第七十条和有关法律法规规定，我局依法注销上述企业相关道路普通货物运输经营资质和企业名下共55辆普通货物运输车辆失效《道路运输证》。 上述企业应于本通告发布之日起30日内，进行《道路运输经营许可证》换证或将注销的证件交回至各辖区政务服务中心窗口。 特此通告。 附件：道路普通货物运输经营资质过期企业清单(截至2023年11月30日)深圳市交通运输局2024年1月4日
