This notice announces the mandatory cancellation of driving licenses for individuals found to have driven under the influence of drugs or who are undergoing drug rehabilitation programs, requiring them to complete the cancellation process within 30 days.

经核查，下列驾驶人（详见附件）有吸食、注射毒品后驾驶机动车行为，或者正在执行社区戒毒、强制隔离戒毒、社区康复措施，或者长期服用依赖性精神药品成瘾尚未戒除的，根据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十九条第一款第（六）项规定，应当依法注销机动车驾驶证。 请上述驾驶人自本公告发布之日起30日内办理注销机动车驾驶证业务（办公地址：深圳市南山区龙井路128号深圳车管所）。逾期未办理的，我所将依法注销机动车驾驶证并公告作废。 附件：2023年第12批因正在执行社区戒毒或强制隔离戒毒人员须注销驾驶证信息表深圳市公安局交通警察局车辆管理所2024年1月9日
