1月3日下午，市水务局在水源大厦16楼会议室举办《中华人民共和国行政复议法》专题讲座。市水务局机关各处室、局属各单位以及市水务运营办公室共50余人参加讲座。 市水务局审批处（法规处）相关负责同志结合水务相关案例，从《中华人民共和国行政复议法》的修订背景、主要修订内容以及对水行政工作的新要求等方面展开宣讲，使参会人员进一步了解行政复议制度，熟悉行政复议程序，掌握行政复议法要求，更好地依法行政。 会议强调，各单位要加强《中华人民共和国行政复议法》的学习和执行， 确保在具体工作中依法行政。【审批服务处（政策法规处）】
