因桂湾三路地下步行通道（招联大厦-粤港澳青年创业园）施工，为确保相关路段交通的有序、安全、畅通，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条之规定，我局决定对相关路段交通组织进行临时调整。现通告如下： 一、2024年2月3日至2024年7月30日，封闭桂湾三路（梦海大道-创新六街）双方向进行施工，原经此路段通行的车辆可改沿梦海大道、十一号路或周边其他道路绕行。 二、请车辆驾驶人及行人在上述时间内经过上述路段时，按交通标志标线指示通行，服从交通民警指挥。凡违反本通告规定的，我局将依照道路交通管理法规有关规定予以处罚。 特此通告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2024年1月31日
