根据《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》第二十一条、《道路货物运输及站场管理规定》第十三条及《道路运输管理工作规范》等法律法规规定，申请从事道路货物运输经营的，应当具备与其经营业务相适应并经检测合格的运输车辆。被许可人应当按照承诺书的要求投入运输车辆。 经梳理，截至2023年12月31日，我市共有254家道路普通货物运输企业在取得《道路运输经营许可证》后未按承诺期限投入运力（详见附件），不具备从事道路普通货物运输经营条件，现依法注销上述企业相关道路普通货物运输经营资质。上述企业应于本通告发布之日起30日内，进行《道路运输经营许可证》换证或将注销的证件交回至各辖区行政服务窗口。根据《国务院办公厅关于全面推行证明事项和涉企经营许可事项告知承诺制的指导意见》文件，上述企业不适用告知承诺制；企业可在具备与其经营业务相适应并经检测合格的运输车辆、聘用符合条件的驾驶员后，再次提出申请。 特此通告。 附件：未按承诺期限投入运力道路普通货物运输企业清单(截至2023年12月31日)深圳市交通运输局2024年2月2日
