2月2日下午，市深圳河湾流域管理中心（下称中心）召开2023年度工作总结会议，全面总结2023年工作开展情况，提出2024年工作思路。市水务局副局长黄海涛出席会议，中心主要负责人主持会议，中心全体干部职工参加会议。 会上，中心各部门依次汇报2023年工作完成情况、存在的问题及2024年工作思路，中心负责人总结汇报了2023年度重点工作并对2024年工作进行部署。 黄海涛对下一步工作提出四点要求，一是紧盯9.7极端特大暴雨暴露的问题，在扎实复盘的基础上，加快建设更高标准的防洪排涝工程体系；二是紧盯深圳河达标，加强全流域、全要素统筹；三是紧盯水务设施安全运营，完善各种方案、预案和机制；四是紧盯打造“一流的城市流域治理大管家”这个发展目标，切实加强内部建设。 最后，黄海涛向中心全体干部职工及家属表达节日慰问和新春祝福。（深圳市深圳河湾流域管理中心）
