根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第十四条、第二十二条等规定，欠薪单位被依法受理破产申请或法定代表人（主要负责人）隐匿逃逸的，由人力资源部门启动欠薪保障基金先行垫付员工工资。现将2023年第4季度被垫付欠薪的用人单位情况予以通告。 政府相关机构已将隐匿或逃逸的法定代表人（主要负责人）的姓名录入我市企业或个人信用征信系统，并按规定将欠薪逃匿案件移送司法部门。欠薪隐匿或逃逸的用人单位法定代表人（主要负责人）应当主动到所在区（新区）人力资源部门接受处理，人力资源部门将向被垫付欠薪的用人单位追偿欠薪。 欢迎广大市民举报有关情况，举报电话：12333。 附件：2023年第4季度被垫付欠薪用人单位情况 深圳市人力资源和社会保障局 2024年2月8日
