关于《龙华区2022年度本级预算执行和其他财政收支审计工作报告》中“临时用地未按规定核发到期收回通知”的问题，涉及我局有1宗未核发、3宗未在规定时限内核发。我局高度重视审计发现情况，积极落实整改工作，现将整改情况公告如下： 1.关于1宗未核发情况。因该宗项目已到期不涉及再补充发放《临时用地到期收回通知》。 2.关于3宗未在规定时限内核发情况。该3宗项目在2022年春节假期前后已发放《临时用地到期收回通知》（即在临时用地使用期届满时2个月内）。 综上述，我局已完成整改。深圳市龙华区规划土地监察局2024年2月26日
