3月5日下午，龙岗区七届人大常委会召开第二十次会议，听取和审议人事任免有关事项，并举行宪法宣誓仪式。区人大常委会主任龚祖兵，副主任罗丽娟、董吉孝、李一坚、杨小文、李昆刚出席会议。副区长张玉庆，区纪委副书记、区监委副主任马建，区人民法院、区人民检察院相关负责人列席会议。 会议表决通过了有关区七届人大代表辞职事项、关于提请白黎敏等职务任免的议案，以及区人民法院、区人民检察院关于提请相关工作人员的法律职务任免议案。 会上，龚祖兵代表区人大常委会为获得任命的同志颁发任命证书，并举行宪法宣誓仪式。
