近期，市东江水源工程管理处组织开展了两批为期5天的2024年度泵站运行人员职业技能提升培训班，课程涵盖理论教学、现场参观、职业素养提升及技能竞赛，旨在进一步提升新时代泵站运行岗位人员的综合素质，夯实管理处高质量发展人才基础。 学员们集中学习了泵站安全生产与管理、大中型灌排泵站标准化创建及管理等内容，现场参观学习了珠三角水资源配置工程高新沙泵站。 通过此次培训，泵站运行岗位人员理论业务水平及职业素养与心态得到了有效提升，为今后更好地开展泵站运行工作、护航“生命线工程”奠定了良好的基础。（市东江水源工程管理处 刘锐）
