根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第十三条规定，现将2023年欠薪保障基金的收取、垫付、追偿及结余情况通告如下： 根据市人大常委会《关于阶段性暂停征收欠薪保障费的决定》（深圳市第七届人民代表大会常务委员会公告第九十三号），我市在2023年暂停征收欠薪保障费。2023年全市共使用欠薪保障基金为2913名员工垫付欠薪4152.63万元,共追回垫付欠薪1353.76万元。2023年度欠薪保障基金当年结余为9590.09万元。 深圳市欠薪保障基金委员会办公室 2024年3月28日
