深安办〔2024〕59号宝安区人民政府： 2024年4月2日，你区西乡街道臣田社区一建筑工地发生管沟坍塌事故，造成1人死亡，1人受伤。 根据《深圳市一般生产安全事故调查处理挂牌督办办法（2023年）修订版》（深安办〔2023〕152号）相关规定，市安委办现决定对该起事故调查处理工作实行挂牌督办。请你区依法依规抓紧开展事故调查，迅速查明事故原因，精准追责问责，严厉打击违法违规行为，明确整改措施。事故调查报告须经市安委办审核后，再报区政府批复结案并向社会公布。事故结案后，事故调查报告和事故处理决定落实情况要及时报市安委办备案。 初步调查报告（事故发生及相关单位概况、调查组成立情况、初步查明情况等）请于7个工作日内报市安委办。 特此通知。 深圳市安全管理委员会办公室 2024年4月7日
