4月12日，深圳市首批、龙华区首个“工业上楼”试点项目——建泰城市更新项目，完成首块地下室顶板浇筑，项目正式冲出“正负零”。 建泰城市更新项目用地面积46857.3平方米，总建筑面积420729.9平方米，致力于打造高标准、高聚集、高附加值的新一代新能源汽车电子和网络通信智能终端的先行示范智慧化数字园区，为未来入驻企业提供舒适、高效、低运营成本的标杆产业平台。 据悉，本次完成首块地下室顶板浇筑，距完成首块地下室底板浇筑仅过去24日，刷新了龙华建设发展集团有限公司在建项目地下室施工新纪录。
