近日，深圳市养老护理院“失智老年人照护”社会培训基地在全国115家培训基地中脱颖而出，获评2023年度先进社会培训基地，是深圳市唯一一家获奖单位。 市护理院注重人才培养，除加强培训考核的硬件建设外，更加注重提升基地的软实力，结合失智老年人照护的实际情况，精心设计标准化培训体系课程，形成科学严谨的培训与考评体系。市护理院不仅注重自身队伍能力提升，而且逐步将培训考核资源向社会延展，面向社会开展多批次认知证照护及考评，受到了养老机构、家庭护老者和护理员的欢迎。2023年度，市护理院共举办了5次培训，49人参加，38人顺利通过考核，通过率达78%，其中，取得“1+X失智老年人照护”高级证书16人，中级证书7人，初级证书15人，为失智老年人照护工作注入了新活力。（图\/文 市养老护理院）
