深发改规〔2024〕2 号各区政府（大鹏新区、深汕特别合作区管委会）、各有关单位： 为大力发展绿色低碳产业，落实《深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区综合改革试点实施方案（2020－2025年）》关于“建立绿色产业认定规则体系”的改革任务，立足深圳市产业发展实际，进一步厘清绿色低碳产业边界和细分领域概念标准，规范绿色低碳产业认定管理流程，精准引导资源要素支持绿色低碳产业高质量发展，市发展改革委、生态环境局、地方金融管理局联合制定了《深圳市绿色低碳产业指导目录》《深圳市绿色低碳产业认定管理暂行办法》。经市政府同意，现予印发实施。 特此通知。 附件： 1.深圳市绿色低碳产业指导目录 2.深圳市绿色低碳产业认定管理暂行办法 深圳市发展和改革委员会 深圳市生态环境局 深圳市地方金融管理局 2024年4月17日
