为进一步做好我市碘缺乏病监测工作，及时了解深汕特别合作区重点人群碘营养水平情况，5月7-8日，市疾控中心营养与食品安全所罗青山副所长带队前往深汕特别合作区对小漠镇中心小学和鹅埠镇中心小学共116名8-10岁儿童开展甲状腺容积监测，为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。 市疾控中心检测人员在深汕疾控卫监中心组织协助下，采用B超逐一为抽检学生测量甲状腺各径线，计算甲状腺容积。期间向深汕疾控人员介绍甲状腺B超的操作手法，各径线测量时的边界点选取等注意事项。此次监测的116名儿童中，发现甲状腺肿大1人，结果已告知学校，通知家长进一步检查治疗。检测完毕后，工作人员开展了防治碘缺乏病知识科普宣传，提倡大家要当好地方病防治知识小小宣传员，把知识讲给自己的家人，让家人传递给更多的亲朋好友，形成“学生—家庭—社会”群防群控的良好氛围。市疾控中心营养与食品安全所 冯庭萱
