全市燃气用户： 燃气为我们生产、生活提供了极大便利，但如若使用不当或疏忽大意，极易引发安全事故，后果不堪设想。为防范化解燃气安全风险，切实保障您和家人朋友的生命财产安全，值此“安全生产月”之际，我们特为您奉上用气安全温馨提示如下： 一、主动开展燃气设施设备自检自查 根据《城镇燃气管理条例》等规定，燃气用户应当定期开展安全检查及设备维护，及时采取正确、有效的整改措施消除安全隐患。对于未安全规范使用燃气或未及时消除安全隐患的，轻则面临停止供气、行政处罚，重则引发事故，害己害人。请您对照我们制作的《自查自改指引》（附件1），于6月30日前开展一轮自查整改。 二、积极配合供气企业入户安全检查 请您积极配合供气企业常态化入户安全检查，从而及时发现和排除燃气安全隐患，防患于未“燃”。 燃气企业工作人员入户安检不收取任何费用，不要求购买指定的燃气器具。如果您无法辨别检查人员“真伪”，可要求出示工作证件，或联系辖区街道或所属燃气企业进行核实。 三、自觉提高风险防范和应急处置能力 无数安全事故教训告诉我们，提高个人风险防范和应急处置能力，是减少燃气安全事故和人员财产损失投入最少、见效最快的举措。为此我们呼吁全市燃气用户共同做到： 一是认准“品牌”。根据法律规定，除取得我市燃气经营许可资质的企业外，任何单位或个人在我市供应天然气、液化石油气均属“违规供气”，属于“黑气”。此类“黑气”不仅缺斤少两、气质低劣、未经安检，更没有应急抢险等“售后”服务可言，安全隐患大，是执法部门重点打击对象。为此，请您通过正规途径购买燃气（企业名单和购买方式见附件2）。 二是积极参加学习与培训。接下来我们将推出更多形式丰富、覆盖面广、群众喜闻乐见的安全宣传产品，请您积极参加各部门、街道社区组织的安全培训，学习掌握基本的应急处置和逃生自救技能，掌握燃气使用安全知识，在关键时刻能够保命。 安全用气，人人有责，让我们携手守护深圳燃气安全。 window.__styleInject__ = window.__styleInject__ || function (css) { if (!css) return; if (typeof (window) == 'undefined') return; var style = document.createElement('style'); if ('styleSheet' in style) { style = document.createElement('div'); style.innerHTML = 'x' + css + ''; style = style.lastChild; } else { style.innerHTML = css; } var head = document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0]; head.appendChild(style); return css; }; window.__resetPlayerOpt__ = window.__resetPlayerOpt__ || function (opt) { opt.width = opt.width ?
