为提高地方政府债券资金使用效益，根据财政部印发《地方政府专项债券用途调整操作指引》有关规定，经深圳市人民政府批准，现对新区部分2024年政府新增债券资金用途进行调整，具体项目请见《新增专项债券用途调整表》（详见附件1）。 本次专项债券用途调整，不改变原专项债券注册信息，包括债券发行量、期限、代码、利率、兑付安排等。按照财政部规定，一并公开债券项目实施方案、财务评估报告书、法律意见书和信用评级报告等材料。项目实施方案中一并披露了本地区经济、财政状况等情况。 附件： 1.新增专项债券资金用途调整表 2.债券项目实施方案及第三方评估文件 深圳市大鹏新区发展和财政局 2024年7月22日
