This notice reminds relevant entities in the Dapeng New District that they must obtain administrative permits from the human resources and social security authorities to operate human resources services or labor dispatch businesses, and announces that regular inspections will be conducted to enforce compliance.

各有关单位： 根据《劳务派遣行政许可实施办法》《人力资源市场暂行条例》《人力资源服务机构管理规定》等相关法律法规规定，开展人力资源服务或劳务派遣经营业务的，应当依法向人力资源社会保障行政部门申请行政许可，未经许可不得开展相关业务。如辖区有关单位拟开展人力资源服务或劳务派遣经营业务的，请依法向大鹏新区统战和社会建设局申请人力资源服务或劳务派遣许可。我局将定期开展日常巡查和专项执法检查，对未经许可擅自开展人力资源服务或劳务派遣业务的违法违规行为的，将依据相关规定予以处理。 政策咨询电话：0755-28333167。 申办地址：大鹏新区葵涌办事处金岭路1号新区管委会大楼1号楼1217室。大鹏新区统战和社会建设局2024年7月23日
