职能： 承担观澜河流域内市管河道及其附属设施、水质改善设施的运行、维护等管理工作。负责编制流域防洪排涝联合调度方案、污水统筹调度方案和水资源利用调度方案等，经批准后组织市、区、街道有关单位推进实施。参与流域内水安全、水资源、水环境、水生态、水景观、水文化、信息化规划的制定和实施工作，承担观澜河干流碧道的日常管理工作。协助主管部门对流域内的厂、网、河、池、站、闸等水务设施的建设运行开展监督考核、巡查巡检工作，以及收集分析有关水量水质数据。承担观澜河流域全面推行河（湖）长制的具体日常事务。承担主管部门交办的其他工作。 办公地址：深圳市龙华区观湖街道广场沿河路6号 邮编：518110 办公电话：0755-23732780 传真：0755-23732441
