职能： 承担龙岗河和坪山河流域内市管河道及其附属设施、水质改善设施的运行、维护等管理工作，承担三洲田水库、铜锣径水库的日常运行管理和维护等工作。负责编制流域防洪排涝联合调度方案、污水统筹调度方案和水资源利用调度方案等，经批准后组织市、区、街道有关单位推进实施。参与流域内水安全、水资源、水环境、水生态、水景观、水文化、信息化规划的制定和实施工作，承担龙岗河和坪山河干流碧道的日常管理工作。协助主管部门对流域内的厂、网、河、池、站、闸等水务设施的建设运行开展监督考核、巡查巡检工作，以及收集分析有关水量水质数据。承担龙岗河流域和坪山河流域全面推行河（湖）长制的具体日常事务。承担主管部门交办的其他工作。 办公地址：深圳市坪山区碧岭街道碧岭社区三洲田水库 邮编：518118 办公电话：0755-84629472 传真：0755-84623395
