8月14日，市茅洲河流域管理中心党支部开展专题党课学习党的二十届三中全会精神，邀请深圳市委党校徐晓迪教授授课，全体党员和入党积极分子参加。 课上，徐晓迪教授以《全面贯彻总体国家安全观 完善维护国家安全体制机制——党的二十届三中全会精神解读》为题，从会议召开的历史背景为切口，对党的二十届三中全会精神作了全面、深入、系统、生动的讲解。系统阐述国家安全是中国式现代化行稳致远的重要基础，要全面贯彻总体国家安全观，增强维护国家安全能力。 参加培训的党员干部纷纷表示，要进一步加强学习，深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神，以更加饱满的热情和更加务实的作风投入到工作中，聚焦主责主业，强化履职担当，为推动水务事业高质量发展贡献力量。（市茅洲河流域管理中心）
