尊敬的吴思扬代表： 您提出的《关于加快推进燕澜和鸣小区周边道路建设的建议》（第20240124号）收悉。我局高度重视，经认真研究，现答复如下： 一、为推动燕澜和鸣项目实现顺利验收交付，我局已组织燕澜和鸣项目方及文慧路的建设、施工等相关参建单位召开验收协调会议，推进包括文慧路建设在内的燕澜和鸣小区相关验收工作。会议明确了工程建设计划和完成时限，要求各单位通力合作，确保燕澜和鸣小区平稳交付。 二、燕澜和鸣小区已于2024年4月3日顺利交付，南侧（文慧路）道路已基本建成（此道路将与天健和悦府项目一同验收），目前小区雨污水管已接入市政管网，可正常使用。 此函。
