为加速推进深圳外环高速公路深圳段三期（坑梓至大鹏段）工程，我队正依法开展工程红线范围内（高源南路以东葵涌高架桥以南区域）地上果树清理工作。该工程红线范围内土地性质为国有土地，根据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》第二条第三款“任何单位和个人不得侵占、买卖或者以其他形式非法转让土地。土地使用权可以依法转让”之规定，侵占国有储备土地属违法行为。 我办已对项目红线范围内涉嫌违法占用国有土地种植的果树开展立案调查工作，目前正依法核实果树相关权利人。现请各单位、个人积极配合并核实果树是否在该工程红线范围内，如为红线范围内果树相关权利人或相关知情人，请于本通告发布后30日内到葵涌办事处综合行政执法队402室（葵政东路58号）反映情况，并提供相关资料。 特此通告。 附件：果树清理红线范围图大鹏新区葵涌办事处2024年9月13日
