汛情就是命令，防汛就是责任。 近期，市水务局水旱灾害防御处党支部坚决落实上级各项要求部署，充分发挥领导有力、平急结合的党建引领基层治理体制机制作用，组织动员各级党员骨干投身防汛防台风第一线，多措并举全力打好防汛关键期“主动仗”。 在抵御抗击台风“摩羯”工作中，水务局水旱灾害防御处党支部统筹协调市、区、街道各级防汛应急战线党员干部，闻“汛”而动，紧盯重点防护对象、重点防涝区域，开展应急物资应急队伍备汛防风检查、地质灾害隐患梳理排查，全天候执勤备战，全力做好汛期安全隐患排查整治工作，抓实抓细各项防汛救灾措施，筑牢汛期安全防线，切实保障人民群众生命财产安全。（水旱灾害防御处）
