Announcement on Invalidating Registration Certificates, License Plates, and Driving Permits of Motor Vehicles Reaching Compulsory Scrapping Standards
关于对达到强制报废标准机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证予以作废的公告

2024年9月23日至2024年9月28日期间，在我局车辆管理所登记的下列机动车（附件1、2，可登录深圳市公安局交通警察局主页http:\/\/szjj.sz.gov.cn\/ZWGK\/TZGG\/GGBF\/查询具体车号、车型等）已经达到强制报废标准，我局已提前通过公告告知，但机动车所有人未依法办理注销登记。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第十四条、《机动车登记规定》第三十七条、第四十一条第一项之规定，现依法公告上述机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证作废。驾驶达到报废标准的机动车上道路行驶的，公安机关交通管理部门将予以收缴机动车强制报废，并对驾驶人依法处罚。 特此公告。 附件：1.2024年9月23日至2024年9月28日达到强制报废期车辆清单 2.2024年9月23日至2024年9月28日达到逾期检验强制报废期车辆清单深圳市公安局交通警察局2024年9月30日
