近日，由深圳市总工会、市人力资源和社会保障局、市司法局、市中级人民法院联合主办的“‘深圳工匠杯’深圳市第十四届职工技术创新运动会暨2024年深圳技能大赛——深圳市第二届调解员技能竞赛决赛”在深圳职业技术大学举行。 大鹏新区政法和社会工作局高度重视此次活动，赛前周密部署，并举办新区调解技能初赛从优中选优，以赛促学，以赛提质。通过层层选拔，确定了张海燕、杜璎、吴昌三名同志代表新区参加此次调解员职业技能竞赛决赛。三名参赛选手赛前认真准备，赛中沉着冷静，团结拼搏，用扎实的专业知识和业务基本功积极应战，充分展现了大鹏新区人民调解员的风采。 经过激烈角逐，大鹏新区政法和社会工作局代表队从全市23支队伍69名参赛选手中脱颖而出，取得了团队第二名、个人第一名的优异成绩。 此次调解员职业技能竞赛，大鹏新区政法和社会工作局代表队展现了扎实的作风和过硬的素质，得到了大赛组织方和参赛队伍的一致认可。新区政法和社会工作局将以此次活动为契机，继续秉承“学习、创新、团结、奋斗”的工作基调，织牢织密人民调解组织网络，健全人民调解员培养体系，大力培育特色调解品牌及个人调解室，真正做到服务为民，为民解忧，不断开创新时代司法行政工作新局面！
