各相关单位： 根据《农产品进口关税配额管理暂行办法》(商务部、国家发展改革委令2003年第4号,商务部令2019年第1号、2021年第2号修改)，国家发展改革委发布了2024年第4号公告（以下简称《公告》），明确了2025年粮食、棉花进口关税配额申请和分配细则。为有序组织我市农产品进口关税配额最终用户的申请，现将《公告》予以转发，请遵照执行。 2025年农产品进口关税配额申请材料由企业于2024年10月15日至10月30日通过国际贸易“单一窗口”粮食进口配额管理系统线上填写并提交，逾期不再接收。 特此通知。 附件：关于2025年粮食、棉花进口关税配额申请和分配细则的公告 2024年第4号 深圳市发展和改革委员会 2024年10月8日
