各有关单位： 为深入贯彻国家和广东省关于碳达峰碳中和各项工作部署，落实《深圳市碳达峰实施方案》《深圳市城乡建设绿色低碳行动计划》等有关政策要求，更好地规范建筑节能改造节能量核定工作，推动完善合同能源管理等市场机制，结合深圳市实际情况，我局组织编制了《深圳市建筑节能改造节能量核定导则》，现予发布。我局于2019年6月印发的《深圳市公共建筑节能改造节能量核定导则》同时废止。 特此通知。 联系人：林文升、刘嘉杰；联系电话：83787851、83785114。 附件：深圳市建筑节能改造节能量核定导则深圳市住房和建设局2024年10月15日
