近日，深圳市人民检察院调研组一行到龙岗区人民检察院调研指导工作。调研组首先参观了龙岗区人民检察院新改造的未成年人检察工作区，并视察了党建文化长廊、红色书屋等党建阵地，随后召开座谈会，听取龙岗区人民检察院总体业务情况，轻罪快速处理机制、府检联动、知识产权协同保护等重点改革工作的汇报以及龙岗区人民检察院坚持政治引领、选优配强队伍等七方面队伍建设情况的介绍。 调研组充分肯定龙岗区人民检察院在检察业务和队伍建设方面取得的成效，并提出检察机关要更好地服务大局、融入大局，切实提高政治站位，立足检察职能，为区域发展贡献更强大的检察力量；不断优化工作机制，大力优化案件管理机制，完善检察权内部制约监督机制，推出更多创新性举措；持续抓好队伍管理，健全完善检察职业体系，优化检察人员分类管理，建立分类科学、结构合理、权责明晰、管理规范的检察人员分类管理制度；全面提升人员素能，坚持严管与厚爱，敢抓敢管，防微杜渐，加强对干警全方位管理和经常性监督。同时，强化退休干部的服务和管理，加强思想教育，预防出现违规违纪行为。
