10月30日，成都市节约用水监管事务中心到深圳调研，与深圳市水务局供水管理处（市节约用水办公室）开展座谈。 双方就节水型社会建设工作、节水“三同时”制度、社会化节水服务、合同节水及“节水贷”等工作进行了深入交流。双方认为，鼓励和支持社会化节水服务是深入贯彻落实习近平总书记“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”治水思路的重要举措，也是大力发展节水产业的重要抓手， 下一步,双方将大力支持发展社会化、专业化、规范化的节水服务产业，推动节水服务机构交流并进行资源对接。【供水管理处（市节约用水办公室）】
