近日，大鹏新区水务局结合工作实际，精心策划并组织开展了“岗位大练兵”系列活动，活动以为“增素质、强技能、促发展”为主旋律，旨在进一步锤炼干部职工勤学、善谋、实干功力，推动大鹏新区水务事业高质量发展。 活动邀请了行业专家及局内业务骨干就新时期水利领域的改革任务、水务工作实际开展专业理论授课，并围绕水资源与供水、水旱灾害防御、水政执法、安全生产等内容开展水务知识业务大比武。此次活动在提升干部职工专业技能的同时，也进一步创新了工作思路，拓宽了思想视野。下一步，大鹏新区水务局将持续以“五好单位”建设为主线，以“练兵比武”为新机遇，营造学有榜样、赶超目标的良好氛围，切实提高水务干部业务能力，努力为大鹏新区水务事业持续健康发展夯实基础、强化保障。
