11月18-19日，山东省淄博市水利局党组成员、副局长张罡同志一行13人到深圳市水务局开展调研交流。深圳市水务局安监执法处、建管处、水资源处、防御处及保障中心（信息办)、质监站相关负责同志参加座谈。 座谈会上，深圳市水务局相关业务处室及局属单位参会人员先后介绍了智慧水务、智慧防汛、水利工程建设管理、水务工程运行等工作情况，双方就水利各方面工作进行了交流探讨。双方一致认为，要进一步加强合作，共同提升两地治水管水能力，为新阶段水利高质量发展提供有力保障，进一步推动“六水共治、协同发展”。 次日，张罡一行到龙岗河碧道考察该碧道的建设及运营维护工作，并到南布水质净化站调研“全地下式”污水净化和除臭工艺相关情况。（安全监管和执法监督处）
