12月13日下午，张华副市长带队到公明水库开展巡库并调研安全生产工作。市水务局局长沈凌云参加调研。 张华副市长一行听取了市公明供水调蓄工程管理处负责人关于公明水库运行情况、智慧运维、光明湖水利风景区运营等工作的汇报。 张华副市长充分肯定公明水库开展的相关工作，并提出有关要求：一是坚持底线思维，加强大坝安全监测、应急预案演练等工作，确保工程安全运行。二是加快构建水库智慧运维体系，形成可复制、可推广的模式。三是进一步做好光明湖水利风景区运营工作，更好地服务市民，尤其是承接好教育部门“每周半天计划”，推动生态价值转化。（市公明供水调蓄工程管理处）
