12月17日，市水务局召开2024年全市水旱灾害防御工作总结暨今冬明春冬修水利工作安排会议，陈春浩副局长主持会议。市前海管理局水务主管部门，各区（新区）水务局、深汕特别合作区住建水务局，市水务局机关相关处室、局属各单位，市环水集团相关负责同志参加会议。 会议总结分析了2024年全市水旱灾害防御工作情况及提升城市洪涝安全韧性能力推进情况。陈春浩对今冬明春冬修水利工作作出部署，要求各单位一是持续完善防洪排涝工程体系，推进水毁工程与安全隐患修复、水塘河道管渠清疏、积水内涝点治理和泵站水闸等设施设备检修；二是健全雨水工情监测预报体系，开展水库大坝感知感应系统应用，以及水利测雨雷达、雨量站维护和水位站流量站校准；三是夯实水旱灾害防御工作体系，梳理防汛责任人员变更情况，落实方案、预案修订，加强专家队伍管理，盘点更新防汛应急物资和完善决策指挥系统。（水旱灾害防御处）
